Flood Relief – When the devastating floods of September, 2013 occurred, the 70 Ranch donated money to area organizations, opened its ranch gates to allow people to access their houses/land when the county roads were closed, made ranch land available for storage, and utilized our equipment for road repairs for local residents.

Cattle Barons Ball – The 70 Ranch supports the annual American Cancer Society’s Cattle Barons Ball. For the 2014 event, a 1929 Ford Model A (pictured below) was offered to the highest bidder in support of this cause.

Local Agriculture Programs – The 70 Ranch donates funds to 4-H groups and FFA chapters to encourage livestock and educational programs. The 70 Ranch also supports Kersey Days and Scouting programs.

Blackout Jackpot 2 - The Blackout Jackpot 2 is a prospect cattle show held in Colorado State University's Green & Gold Showdown. Held in March each year at The Ranch in Loveland, Colorado, the Blackout is hosted by the Showtimes Junior Livestock Magazine and offers 4-H and FFA cattle exhibitors an opportunity to exhibit their cattle in preparation for showing later in the year at State, Regional and National Shows. The 70 Ranch provides ribbons for awards for those individuals showing their livestock.
