Agriculture and Land Manager - Gilbert Marin Sr.
Gilbert Sr. has lived in Colorado since 1968; he has been married for 33 years and has 2 children and 4 dogs. Gilbert started working on the 70 Ranch for National Hog Farm in 1999, where he managed the original 26,000 acres. He is also highly involved in politics and was the Mayor of Kersey for 6 years.

 

Ranch Operations Manager - Gilbert Marin Jr.
Gilbert spent much of his childhood on the 70 Ranch and is a Colorado native. He makes his home on the plains of northern Colorado with his wife, foster children, three dogs and two cats. His lifelong experience in agriculture aids him while he manages the daily operations on the 70 Ranch.

 

 

Owner - Bob Lembke
Bob has a long history with water in Colorado, and purchased the 70 Ranch in 2003. Bob is President of United Water & Sanitation District and Sand Hills Metro District.



 

Chief of Staff - Ronald vonLembke
Ron was born and raised in Colorado, joined the Marine Corps in 1979 and retired as a Colonel in 2006. Along the way, he graduated from Harvard Law School, worked at the White House and raised three wonderful children.


 

Vice President of Operations - Drew Damiano
Drew is a Colorado native. He loves his wife and two children, skiing, the Broncos, and his two Malamutes. In his decade-plus time working on the front range, Drew has managed the completion of many large water infrastructure projects along the South Platte River.


 

 

Vice President of Land and Resource Management
Jason VonLembke
Jason and his family moved here from Virginia in 2013, and have since been enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. Jason oversees the ranching, agriculture, and mineral development across the organization's land holdings. He is focused on efficiencies and conservation in energy and water and is the manager of the Subsurface Irrigation Efficiency Project in Kersey, CO (www.siepwater.com).

 

Vice President - Real Estate Development
Josh Shipman

Josh is a 7 year employee of The Bromley Companies and 70 Ranch. Josh oversees the contract negotiation, zoning and entitlement processes, and construction of new commercial, industrial, and residential land development. In addition to his real estate experience, Josh works with the oil and gas sector on both surface use issues and in providing water supply solutions. As a Colorado native, Josh attended Kent Denver High School before receiving his Bachelor's Degree from Middlebury College.

 

 

Operations Manager - Stephanie Ruiz
Stephanie Ruiz has been with the company for over 15 years during which time she has developed great relationships with the best vendors across the front range. Stephanie has a sports loving husband and two sons and loves to watch her kids play baseball and the Broncos!

 

 

Controller - Barbra Winkler
Barbra and her husband are happy to call Colorado their home for over 20 years. They have four children and one very free-spirited dog. Barbra has an extensive background in accounting and finance and loves the diversity that comes with being the controller for 70 Ranch.
